1) Take a bath in epsom salts, at least 5 scoops for full benefit, don’t use soap for at least 20 minutes of your soak that way you absorb the minerals effectively
2) Take a Wifi detox and turn off your screens to read a book
3) Do a Yin Yoga class and relax to re-energise. Yin holds allow the body to reach a state of profound relaxation encouraging your body to release further
4) Eat wholesome organic simple food such as kitchari, giving your digestion a rest. See here for the recipe.
5) Start a daily journal, taking the time to record your thoughts and feelings on a daily basis to encourage personal development. I find this journal a brilliant tool.
